BaileyFinch LLC is a veteran-founded, SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia. Founded in 2023 by Mario Bailey, a U.S. Air Force veteran, the firm exists to do one thing well: Palantir Foundry and AIP delivery for defense and intelligence community programs.
The work is ontology design, data integration, Workshop application development, and AIP agent development, along with the AI engineering that connects mission systems to the platform. Cleared personnel are available for classified engagements.
We engage three ways: as a subcontractor to primes, where SDVOSB participation counts toward small business subcontracting goals; corp-to-corp, filling Foundry and AIP seats on existing teams; and directly with agencies where contract vehicles permit.
